These Terms of Service govern your use of the Collect & Connect website and purchases or reservations made through Collect & Connect.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Website Use
You may use the Collect & Connect website for lawful purposes related to browsing merchandise, placing orders, reserving merchandise, managing your customer account, or interacting with Collect & Connect.
You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
Interfere with website operation or security.
Submit fraudulent orders.
Use stolen or unauthorized payment information.
Manipulate pricing, inventory, discounts, or website functionality.
Intentionally exploit technical errors.
Use automated systems in a manner that disrupts the website.

Collect & Connect makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, quantities, conditions, and availability.
Errors may occasionally occur.
Product images may be representative unless a listing specifically indicates that the photographed individual item is the exact item being sold.
Customers purchasing collectibles or condition-sensitive merchandise should review individual listings carefully.
Pricing Errors
If merchandise is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, database, supplier, or other error, Collect & Connect reserves the right to cancel the affected order.
If payment has already been collected, the amount charged for the canceled merchandise will be refunded.
Inventory Availability
Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Because Collect & Connect may sell merchandise both online and in store, an occasional inventory discrepancy may occur.
Submitting an order or reservation does not guarantee availability until the order has been accepted and confirmed.
If merchandise is unavailable, Collect & Connect may cancel the affected item or order and provide an appropriate refund when payment was already collected.
Local Pickup Only
Collect & Connect currently offers website purchases and reservations for local pickup only.
Collect & Connect does not currently ship online orders.

Customers should wait for confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Pay Online and Pay In Store Orders
Depending on the options offered during checkout, customers may be able to pay online or reserve merchandise and pay at the store.
A Pay In Store order reserves merchandise for pickup but does not represent completed payment until payment is accepted by Collect & Connect.
Identity Verification
To help prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, Collect & Connect may require reasonable identity or payment verification before releasing merchandise.
Verification may include:
Reviewing photo identification.
Confirming the purchaser's name.
Confirming limited payment information such as the last four digits of a payment card.
Obtaining a customer signature confirming receipt.
Collect & Connect may refuse to release an order if reasonable verification requirements cannot be satisfied.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged as required by law.
For website orders picked up at Collect & Connect, sales tax is calculated according to the applicable rate for the store location where the merchandise is received.
Order Cancellations
Customers should request cancellations as soon as possible.
Collect & Connect may be unable to cancel merchandise that has already been:
Prepared for pickup.
Allocated from limited inventory.
Special ordered.
Customized.
Otherwise substantially processed.
Collect & Connect may cancel an order because of:
Inventory discrepancies.
Pricing errors.
Suspected fraud.
Payment problems.
Product availability.
Technical errors.
Violation of these Terms.
If Collect & Connect cancels an order that was already paid, an appropriate refund will be provided.
Returns
Returns are governed by the Collect & Connect Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Certain trading cards, collectibles, opened products, customized merchandise, clearance merchandise, or other designated products may be final sale.
Collectibles and Changing Market Values
The market value of trading cards, collectibles, memorabilia, games, and similar merchandise may change after purchase.
Collect & Connect does not guarantee:
Future market value.
Resale value.
Investment performance.
Appreciation.
Future rarity.
Future demand.
A change in market value alone does not create a right to return merchandise.
Randomized Products
Trading card packs, booster boxes, mystery products, and other randomized merchandise involve uncertain contents.
Unless specifically represented otherwise, Collect & Connect does not guarantee particular:
Cards.
Items.
Rarity levels.
Values.
Pull rates.
Results.
Opened randomized merchandise is generally final sale.
Grading and Condition
Evaluation of collectible condition can involve reasonable differences of opinion.
Unless Collect & Connect expressly guarantees a specific third-party grade in writing, Collect & Connect does not guarantee that an item will receive a particular grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, SGC, or another grading organization.
Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Please notify Collect & Connect if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Fraud and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact Collect & Connect promptly if they believe there is a problem with an order.
Collect & Connect may retain and provide relevant transaction, payment, communication, and pickup records when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.
Knowingly false chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, use of stolen payment information, or attempts to obtain merchandise without legitimate payment may be investigated and reported to payment processors, financial institutions, or appropriate authorities when warranted.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or improperly processed transaction.
Intellectual Property
Original Collect & Connect website content, branding, photographs, graphics, text, and other materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party product names, trademarks, game names, characters, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
The appearance of third-party intellectual property on the Collect & Connect website does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
Third-Party Services
Collect & Connect may use third-party services for functions such as payment processing, website hosting, analytics, communications, and other business operations.
Those providers maintain their own terms, policies, and practices.
